Eldonie Gordon
Eldonie Gordon is an accomplished Immigration Specialist, Consultant, and Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience assisting businesses, professionals, individuals, and families in navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration.
Her extensive background encompasses business, employment-based, and family-based Immigration, with experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. Throughout her career, Eldonie has prepared and managed immigration cases for a diverse range of professionals, including CEOs, executives, engineers, IT professionals, physicians, scientists, researchers, veterinarians, university professors, teachers, ministers, athletes, and other highly skilled and specialized professionals.
Eldonie spent more than 15 years with pharmaceutical companies, developing extensive corporate Immigration and human resources experience, leading and supporting the immigration needs of foreign national employees and professionals.
She later joined Book Law Group, where she has worked for more than 10 years, initially serving as Senior Immigration Manager and later advancing to Director of Client and Immigration Services.
In addition, Eldonie has worked with DURRANI LAW FIRM for the past several years as an Immigration Manager/Consultant, further expanding her experience assisting with a broad range of immigration matters and working directly with clients throughout the immigration process.
Her career combines the perspectives of corporate Immigration, human resources, law firm immigration management, case preparation, and client services, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both employer-sponsored and individual immigration matters.
Eldonie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from The New School University.
Today, she draws upon more than two decades of hands-on experience to help employers, professionals, individuals, and families better understand immigration procedures, prepare immigration documentation, and navigate the immigration process with greater clarity and confidence.

Ana G. Gomez Gonzalez
Ana G. Gomez Gonzalez has been a dedicated member of DURRANI LAW FIRM for approximately 11 years, where she has developed extensive experience in immigration law and legal case management. Throughout her career with the firm, she has assisted attorneys in preparing complex immigration filings, drafting legal documents and declarations, organizing evidence, communicating with clients, and managing cases from intake through final resolution. Her bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, strong organizational abilities, and compassionate approach have made her an invaluable asset to both the firm and its clients.
Ana earned her Associate Degree in Accounting and a Business Management Diploma from Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee while continuing to expand her legal knowledge and practical experience.
In addition to her current studies, Ana is pursuing her long-term goal of obtaining a law degree and becoming an attorney. She is dedicating the majority of her time to her education to build the academic and professional foundation necessary for a career in the legal profession. By combining more than a decade of hands-on experience in immigration law with her formal education, she is preparing to become a knowledgeable, ethical, and compassionate legal advocate committed to serving individuals, families, and immigrant communities.
